To prepare Fish:
1. Take a quality picture of your catch.
2. Wet a towel and lay fish on top.
3. Place cardboard on sides of tail.
4. Wrap towel up in freezer bag and place in freezer.

To prepare Birds:
1. Keep the bird as clean and blood free as possible to avoid staining.
2. Take a quality picture of the bird.
3. Place bird inside nylon or freezer bag and freeze.


To prepare Deer & other large game:
1. Cut around ankles.
2. Cut down backside of legs to armpit.
3. Cut across the back of the animal diagonally to field dress incision.
4. Skin and freeze.
Notes: At all costs avoid water damage to the pelt, which causes slippage of the mount and can destroy the hide itself. It’s often best to bring in the complete pelt uncut, as some forms require more hide than others.
**Remember for the very best results, the sooner the better for both freezing your trophy and getting it into your Taxidermist for mounting.
